Minimum age for children:

Due to the river and creeks in the back of property, and for the safety to all of our guests, we do not accept children under the age of 14 years old.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made more than 30 days of arrival: no cancellations fee.
We charge one night plus tax for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
